Medical Outreach to Traders and Cyclists in Ondo Town, Ondo State.
Outreach to Biogbolog Community, Yehagoa, Bayelsa State
The outreach to Biogbolo community, Yenagoa Local Government Area, Bayelsa State took place on Saturday 22nd June, 2019 and was tagged “God’s Love in Action – Distribution of food items and medical care” with John 3:16 as our anchor scripture.
Outreach to Orita-Challenge, Ibadan
As part of our way of celebrating the extension’s 2nd anniversary, we thought it good to reach out to the people in our community shining the light of the love of God into the gross darkness in the world for the development men (Jn 1:4). This we thought to demonstrate through medical outreach.
The Outreach was done on the 18th May 2019 at the premises of DAK Roofing System Ltd behind Watts Filling Station, Orita-Challenge Ibadan, a predominantly residential neighborhood.
Medical Evangelistic Outreach at the New Alade Market
We have had two evangelistic outreaches in 2019.
The first was a Medical Evangelistic Outreach at the New Alade Market, Allen Avenue, Ikeja on the 23rd of March, 2019. Our target was to the sellers and buyers at the market especially those who reside around the market because of its proximity to church.
Medical Evangelistic Outreach at Oluwole Tarmac
We had a Medical Evangelistic Outreach at the Oluwole Tarmac (an open space with different beer parlours), Ogba on the 27th of July, 2019. Our target was to the sellers and buyers of alcohols, beers, cigarettes and marijuana especially the young men.
Total number of registered attendees i.e patients = 85 (Young and old)
Outreach to the Aged at Oke Iyin Community, Ilesa.
We had a health talk centered primarily on lifestyle adjustment due to old age, nutrition, hygiene, drug abuse, seeking medical attention early among others. We cast in the net at this point having gained their trust and confidence. We reiterated how that we are a Church and we care about the complete man.
